2024 Employee of the Year: Jim Lefor

It is with great pleasure to announce that Jim Lefor has been chosen as Full Circle Ag’s 2024 Employee of the Year.

Our Employee of the Year is chosen from the Full Circle Standout recipients from all 4 quarters of the year. The 2024 Full Circle Standout recipients included Karen Muth (Britton), Randy Bushby (Hecla), Jim Lefor (Energy), and Kendall Stoddard (Hecla). Employees are nominated by their co-workers and the winners are selected from a committee within the company. 

Jim works in our Energy Division and has been with the company for over 15 years. In recognition of his outstanding performance, dedication, and professionalism at work, he was nominated for our Full Circle Standout program, which he received in November.

Here are a few things Jim’s co-workers had to say about him:
“Jim is one of those silent behind the scenes workers who gets things done that most people don't even realize are being done. Whether it is new installation, repair, tank and leak checks, or inventory efficiency, Jim does it all. He almost always answers his phone when it rings, and if for some reason he doesn't and gets a voicemail, he returns the call promptly. He never complains no matter what the question is or what the job request is. He tackles every task without delay and with enthusiasm. He is the answer at the other end of the question!”
 
We are excited to continue this internal recognition program and could not be more excited for Jim Lefor to receive this award. He truly has Full Circle Ag and our member-owners' best interests in mind and has set the standard for future Employee of the Year recipients at a high level.
